Harbor Homefront LLC was founded by Anita Johnson, a dedicated advocate for veteran stability and dignity. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Harbor Homefront provides affordable, furnished co-living housing exclusively for veterans in Duval County.
We operate a rental arbitrage model — leasing homes from property owners and subleasing furnished rooms to veteran residents. We accept HUD-VASH, Section 8, SSVF, and SHIP vouchers and work directly with the Jacksonville Housing Authority and VA.
Our mission is simple: no veteran should return from service only to face homelessness. We exist to close that gap — one room, one life at a time.
